Hi all

I'm confused,
You say £150 off, but the picture states £300
You say £150 off, but then you say you will give the £150 to charity.

Please could you clarify.

"THIS IS A BUY IT NOW FOR A AMBASSADOR REFERRAL PROGRAMME VOUCHER WHICH WILL GIVE YOU £150 OFF OF THE COST OF YOUR LASER EYE TREATMENT WITH OPTICAL EXPRESS.

I WILL GIVE THE £150 I GET FROM YOU USING THE VOUCHER TO THE CHARITY SAMARITIANS."

Its a £300 Referral voucher. The buyer gets £150 (half of the £300) off any treatment they have. The seller gets the other £150 for everyone she signs up that purchases laser treatment.

the voucher is for £300 but optical express gives you the choice of splitting it which means that the giver and receiver both get £150 each. while the receivers £150 is taken off the price of their surgery, the giver can choose what to do with their half.

Get it?

Of course, I expect, you could just join the referral program direct and have the whole £300 off yourself

you have to get a voucher from someone, there is no way of getting the discount any other way

still expensive but totally worth it, my surgery cost £2590 and was best money I ever spent

I'm not saying the surgery is not worth it,
just that £150 off of £2590 doesn't even scratch the surface.

Eh, it started here so if they want to plug it go ahead and move it or start a new one.

After reading the thread it really doesn't appear to be all it's cracked up to be. Just another coupon scam but if folks can actually use it and a charity will benefit what the heck go for it.
I'm reading it as someone will get these vouchers for free to give away. If the recipient decides to spend L2590 on the surgery they will get (sorry I don't have the UK $$ sign on my keyboard) L150 off that price and the person who gave or sold it to them will get L150 so if they sell here for L20 the net total acheived is L170 not bad for a giveaway but it makes me wonder who pays in the end. Either way commendable effort by the OP to donate the proceeds and if that's the case I would leave the thread in as many places as possible.

SHouldnt this thread now be in the plug forum?possibly.....
and yet it might be good to remind people that such surgery can also have devastatingly poor outcomes.....but, as always, buyer beware.....
