I found this link that is a way to learn a lot about eBid. it is a long read but a thorough into to eBid. eBid Knowledge Base - http://homepage.ntlworld.com/astral....and_tricks.htm I have been reading this and one thing stands out: (edited for 1,000 char post limit) What are the criteria for my items to be submitted to Google Base by eBid? Eligible listings for submission by eBid and acceptance by Google are those that meet all of the following main requirements: Are listed on either the United Kingdom, United States, or Deutschland sites - other countries are not supported by Google[1]. Are listed using a Seller Plus account or a Platinum type listing for basic Seller accounts. Have a BuyNow price. Are legal. Are in categories allowed by Google Base. Comply with Google Base policies. So if you list on ebid Canada, you are getting limited exposure????
appears that way
I remember reading some member's comment about this a little while ago ..... But (if my memory serves me correctly), that's just for google shopping..... (You may want to confirm that).
Yes, I read that post also. Listings go into regular Google Search. Google Shopping is a special search and apparently ebid.ca Canada is not fed into that. A bit disappointing as any extra exposure on the Internet is needed to sell on eBid.
