I liked the name of the group, because it seems that many have had to deal with issues that just did not need to happen. I prefer straight up business, but sometimes it gets a little side tracked. How to deal with customers with standards I do not understand, is something I try to accomidate but do not always know how. Please feel free to send me any and all advice that would enlighten me.
