Burg--Had easyshare but deleted it. Get irfanview. Its easy to use, most of the controls are intuitive, and its free! You can check it out at www.irfanview.net It will let you easily resize a photo to the 150X150 pixel limit. Get the plugins/addons too while you're there. They will come in handy later.
