Biography:

Cobbies is a family run business. It is run by Steven and Angela and we are in our 4th year of trading.

We trade online as well as directly with the public. We sell plants retail and wholesale and accept most payment methods in the UK.

We send paperwork for every transaction the same as we would through our own websites and mail order catalogues.

We ensure that upon purchasing from us you have our address, email address and contact telephone numbers so you can contact us at any time we questions, delivery, order etc.

We are aware we are new on here and welcome any questions you may have re paying - esp on pre-orders.

One thing we would like to state - we do not refuse refunds - so far we have never had paypal make us refund anything. In our opinion if something is wrong, and the Customer is not happy we need to sort it out however small or large.

Reputation is everything, and we hope you recommend us to others rather than warning them away.

We advertise locally, we also use means such as sponsoring events for charities. Recently we have also started advertising in Whitchurch, Shropshires Tesco's.

If you are concerned about us disappearing and you getting no contact or product you will find if you look around - we are going no where just upwards.
