Hell all, I just became a lifetime member and am ready to start listing some adult nature DVDs and want to know a little more about listing pictures of the items I have. I guess my question is do the pictures I use need to be censored in any way? Are they word or words that can’t be used in the heading of the auctions? Any help would be great. I want to start off in the right foot and not have any problems with my listings. Thanks Ice199
Even though they're in the adult section, any explicit pictures have to be censored. If you're unsure if something would be allowed or not, email admin at support@ebid.tv and ask their advice.

# Adult listings must be placed in the WHATEVERS LEFT > ADULT section

# In the UK any material which is in breach of the criminal law, including material judged to be obscene under the current interpretation of the Obscene Publications Act 1959 cannot be listed under any circumstances
# R18’s or unclassified titles cannot be listed under any circumstances. See http://www.bbfc.co.uk/ for further information if in any doubt. R18’s can only be sold in specially licensed cinemas, or supplied in licensed sex shops, and to persons of not less than 18 years in the UK
Offensive material
# What we deem "offensive". eBid may at its discretion, remove items and refund listing fees. eBid reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of listings posted to our site. Sorry, I didn't look at where you were from, I just copied the info from the UK faq. I'm sure the US film censors will have an equivalent website.

Thank you all for your replies. I will censor all graphic DVDs anyway I always have even in the other side. Also that’s why I won’t sell them out of the US because I have no idea of the UK laws or other countries. I want thank eBid for having this great forum. It helps getting information for all new US sellers. I am glad came over from the greed side and hope to prosper here. Thanks again Ice199
