Still problems with Ninja Lister
Hi all
I posted the message below a week or so ago and I have had a few helpful suggestions (thanks a lot), but I still can't get the thing to work.
I have redownloaded Adobe Air, I have turned off McCaffy Real Time scanning, I have removed any vestiges I can find of previous Ninja files from my computer (I have removed backup files to an external drive and disconnected it). When I download Ninja afresh I still get the dreaded "Initializing..please wait" and nothing happens.
I am going to try and list manually which I have not done before but if anyone has any other suggestions or is there a technical helpline or email I can contact? I am using Windows 10.
Thanks a lot folks.

Hi all
Hopefully somebody will help here.
I have been on eBid for many years but have not added anything for a few years, just kept my current postcards ticking over on Run Till Sold.
I now need to use Ninja Lister as I want to start listing again so I downloaded it again a few weeks back and seemed to work so amended my template. Now I come to use it again it just says 'initializing please wait' and nothing happens until I have to end the programme. I downloaded Ninja again from he website and it's still saying the same.
Is there something simple I have not thought of here. Anyone else has any problems?
Thanks a lot in advance.
Tony

Tony contact support@ebid.net as we rarely seem to get any answers from admin on the forums these days.

Hi - thanks for that I may email them next week.
Actually it's not too bad using the online form at the moment as I am mainly cutting and pasting listings from eBay Seller Hub at the moment and it's probably no slower than using Ninja.
Best wishes
