Relisting items after a buyer fails to pay
Hi everyone!
Hope all is well out in in eBid Land!
A quick question if I may please?
I have had to cancel several items this morning for non-payment. Is there a fast way to relist the items or do I have to start from scratch and re-input all the details? (hopefully not - very time-consuming!). Sorry if the answer is already on the system but I could not find it through the Help menu or using the search function.
Thanks in advance as always for your help!!!
Best wishes
Re: Relisting items after a buyer fails to pay
If you open each listing you will see a repost button at the top of the listing by the title. It will repost the listings without the after sales log being attached.
If you want to get your fees back then you need to send two payment reminders 24 hours apart to the buyer. After that leave appropiate feedback and report them as a non paying buyer on the drop down menu. You will then have the option on the drop down menu to claim the fee back after about two days. I would do this before you repost them. Hope this helps.

Good Morning Cornishmaid1961,
Brilliant - thank you for coming back to me on this - really appreciated!!
I feel such an idiot now - when I looked down, the relist button is obvious!! Guess I win the "Dummy of the Day" Award!!!
Thanks for the info re: claiming the fees back - hopefully all done so I will check back in a few days time.
As always, really great help from the eBid community - thanks again so much.
Good luck with all your listings!!
Very best wishes
