Ann McClean Anniemcc 2 R.I.P
Just picked this up on Facebook
From David McClean
I'm very sorry to tell you all that Ann collapsed on Tuesday afternoon. She was taken by ambulance to Shrewsbury Hospital, but died shortly after getting there.
Her (and my) sons in Vancouver and Perth have been informed, but due to this damned virus there is nothing they can do.
Her brother Stephen is coming over to help with the Frank side of things, but all in all....well, we knew we wouldn't live forever, but we thought there was at least a few more years left.
Sleep is hard to come by at the moment.

So So sorry David, I didnt meet Ann in person but have known her online for at least 15 years. She will be missed by many :(

I'm shocked and sad.
My sincere condolences to all Ann's family and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Re: Ann McClean Anniemcc 2 R.I.P
Words fail me, I am in total shock. Ann only posted on the army thread early yesterday afternoon.
She has been a stalwart of these forums for so many years and as others have said I didn't know her in person but regarded her as a true friend.
My deepest sympathy to David, her dad and all the family.
Rest in peace my lovely friend xxx
