How long after a sale can feedback be left?
How long after a sale can feedback be left or received?
Sold some stamps to a customer in the UK, good while ago now and received a message to say that they have arrived at long last.
I would like to leave him feedback but it looks like the time for F/B has expired.
Is there any way that I can find these old sales?
Steve.

If you still have the emails for the sales you should be able to get back in via the links on those.

Thanks for the reply
Good idea but the closest I got was a link to the Auction which took me to a blank page titled :
"Auction ID #xxxxxxxxx not found"
Another eMail indicated that the sale was nearly 3 months ago.
I'm guessing that is way too long and the system has likely purged pretty much everything.
Discussions with my Post office reveal that Australian normal overseas "Airmail" is going "by boat" because of COVID.
Cheers
Steve.

You might send eBid Support Team the "feedback" statement you would like to leave and the ID# with an explanation of the circumstances and see if they could insert the feedback for you. Would be a blessing.

Another good idea.
Already spent most of this morning trying to get info.
I have been in touch with my (Repeat) purchaser and he is not concerned.
I am not concerned either as only about half my buyers leave F/B anyway and the "support team " are not my best mates at the moment so I will just let it go.
Regards
Steve.
