Communicating with previous buyers after you have put store on vacation notice
I can not find an answer to this question.....
Getting ready to put my store on vacation notice. I have product that is out in shipping and about to be out in shipping. Can those buyers communicate with me after I put my store on vacation notice?

Yes they can communicate.

It is worth putting something in the holiday notice about whether you are contactable or not. I usually make it clear that whilst I am available to answer questions it may take me a couple of days to reply.
I do like the eBid holiday notice set up, works extremely well.
