What are the options when it comes to removing a buyer's question on the item page? Can it be made private or do I have to end the listing to get rid of it?

I think you can blackball the buyer to remove the question, and then take your buyer off the blackball list. Hope that makes sense. :)Quote:

Thanks for the replies xx I might try the block/unblock thing as I can't relist or start again without losing all the 'bespoke' variations on it.
It's a clunky way to sort things though, wishing seller+ accounts had the option to email buyers directly.
