Item not recieved :(

I bought an item from a seller who had alot of positive feedback. He left me feedback but I have not recieved the item. I have tried contacting him it says he is no longer active and wont reply to my AAL questions....I really wanted that dvd :( How can I report the seller? can anyone advise me of the next steps to take?

If you paid by paypal you can open a dispute to get your money back.

Did you try sending a message by the email at the bottom of the listing? The seller may not be able to see the AAL since there is a line through their name.

The time now is 12:13 PM. Select your local time zone in your User CP > Edit Options area.
