HELP!!! The PayPal button missing on my invoice!
I sent an invoice to a buyer, he received it and just informed me there is no option to pay.
I opened the invoice. This is printed at the top:
"This invoice was created by the seller and is awaiting payment. The seller cannot amend any details on this page now. The seller will need to delete the invoice and recreate it if it is incorrect. The buyer will be able to see and click a PayPal Checkout button below to make payment if PayPal is a payment option available."
THERE IS NO PAYPAL CHECKOUT BUTTON AT THE TOP OR BOTTOM.
Paypal is the only payment option I use.
The invoice number is 384434.

I presume that you opened your copy of the invoice. It is possible that there is no Paypal button on the seller's copy. Just an idea. I don't know. I could see an argument that the seller will not need to pay themself
I think that support@ebid.net is your best option.

I already contacted support. They have opened a ticket. So I'm waiting.

Problem solved. One of the items purchased was a Liberian stamp. It did not have the PayPal box checked, and that stopped Paypal from being included on the invoice.
Way back when I first joined eBid, PayPal was refusing to process any transactions containing products from several countries, such as Iran, Iraq, Cuba, Liberia (there were more). I carefully removed the PayPal option from all stamps issued by the named countries. This was one of them. Causing the invoice to not include it.
eBid support sent me a screen shot of the listing in question, with a red arrow pointing to the empty PayPal box.
All fixed now and the buyer has paid the invoice. With Paypal .;)
I am very grateful for the Bulk Edit. I have a lot of stamps listed here.
