Why do items change returns info?

I am a private seller and when I list my items I always make sure that 'returns not accepted' is selected.
Recently I have noticed that a lot of my items have changed to returns accepted. I haven't edited them but am now having to change them all back, one by one.
Is this a glitch?

I have not had that happen to me- just checked. Question: did you alter your My Default page>my returns policies and/or create new policies and save them as a default listing page recently?
If you did it might have applied the change everywhere - even to older listings? [B]This is just a guess.

I checked my defaults and did a test listing and it said returns not accepted.
I had this before as well, edited any with returns accepted and some have changed back since. I don't think you can change returns policy on bulk edit, which would be the easiest way to do it.

Same problem here. A lot of my listings have gone from returns Not Accepted to Returns Accepted.
Now have to go through every listing to edit them back to Returns Not Accepted.
A real pain in the butt.

Use the Bulk Edit to save time :)

Thanks I tried the bulk edit but it did not work for me, but then again Its probarbly something I am doing wrong, not very computer literate:o
