is there any problem with google shopping? i can not edit it.
Two things immediately spring to mind but I'm only guessing.
1) Have you clicked on the little question mark to the fields right. There may be something there that you have to do before it works?
2) There is a lower limit below which ebid won't upload ads. to GS. Is whatever you're trying to list of a high enough value to qualify?
What's the page you've attached a screen shot of? I'll see if I can edit my version on my screen.
My eBid/My Defaults - mine works ok. Check either yes or no then click the button below to save your choice.
If still not working try a refresh, failing which I would contact Support.
Edit:: we have different accounts ... Yours is Gold, mine is Platinum. Therein may be a clue?

Wow, I knew there were rules to follow to get up-loaded, didn't realise there were quite that many!!
Also want to add...
I see the problem as an account My Defaults set up or modify issue, not a Google shopping one at this stage.
Whether or not Google shopping can be applied will depend on the Yes option being checked in My Defaults and the listing criteria being met.
If the Yes option is not available to the OP then it must be an a/c issue?
Horse and cart?

Has anybody who has tried to second guess the problem actually looked at erinconners84 actual listings.
The first warning sign is the number of listings and the odd way the the titles are written.
All Categories (491,064)
Books, Comics & Magazines (491,064)
Example of titles as it actually appears
"All Shall Be Well""
But the main problem is that the listings are actually banned on eBid.
I Quote as follows
29) What items are banned on eBid (eBid Listing Posting Rules)
eBooks or any auctions that are selling information only.
- Any eBooks or emailable information will be removed.
I emailed support a month ago asking if they had changed their minds about eBooks being sold on eBid, since this seller has a massive amount of them. Also mentioning they had a store in the Toys & Hobbies section that literally had no toys listed (maybe 1), mostly eBooks. I received the standard notification from eBid but no actual reply. So I left it at that.
UPDATE: It seems their store has now been removed from the Toys & Hobbies category, but their listings still remain.
