Alternative integrated payment methods
Hello All,
I'm an individual who would like to sell on some of my old goods. Once upon a time I used to sell lots of items online through services such as ebay and paypal, however over the years I got fed up of all the nonsense and just outright stopped selling.
Now I have a TON of goods which need new homes and I'd like to see alternative integrated payment methods to paypal here on ebid. What's the likelihood of this happening?
What does everyone else use?
I did have a quick look at Nochex but it feels very much like it's aimed at companies and not individuals.
Re: Alternative integrated payment methods
Thanks for starting this discussion :)
I use bank transfers and Stripe, although I also accept payments in chocolate
Re: Alternative integrated payment methods
Do you need to have a business account to make use of stripe?
I'm used to using Paypal and would be happy to find a similar service, one that actually see's me as a valuable client and not dirt.
PS. Woo is Chocolate payments now available online ;)
Re: Alternative integrated payment methods
Hi I looked into Nochex last year. Its for companies not individuals no good for me. I used PayPal I don't like PayPal but I'm stuck with it. We do need another payment system. I don't know why PPPay was close down.

I signed up for Nochex many moons ago then looked again at it recently and couldn't find any way to send invoices .as I can with Stripe

When asked for my business details they said I could add my eBid store
Lol... I have had chocolate sent to me for payment and also given to me when picking up items from home
Re: Alternative integrated payment methods
They used to have Skrill and PPPay. It would be great to see other methods even Apple and Google pay will help
