Re: Still need a little help
Hi,
Etsy imports are only available via Ninja Lister. Right clicking on an auction set within NL should show you the import option. Select the csv in the standard Etsy format and these should be imported into the chosen set.
If you are encountering problems then we'll be glad to take a look at the data file you are importing. Let us know how you exported it and if the format was set or if you chose which field to export. Send to support at ebid dot net
Thx,
Gazza
Re: Still need a little help
Thanks. This one might be a little over my head. I have my CSV file on screen and have minimized NL. I have no clue how to transfer the CSV file to NL. I think I have it from there, but need help on step by step looking at the CSV file. Where do I click? How do I transfer it to NL?
Re: Still need a little help
Click on eBid Help above > Select Index Page > Search FAQs Box w/ "Transfer CSV file to Ninja Listings"
Scroll Down
Select from several entries: "eBid Ninja Lister & Importing Auctions Help" links, i.e.,
https://www.ebid.net/forums/showthre...ja...Importing
Hope this helps.
Re: Still need a little help
Still can't find the answer. Even went to Google search. All info shows how to import once you have transferred from the CSV to ninja lister. I need to know how to put the CSV file in NL.
Re: Still need a little help
In NL click 'New Auction Set' - left hand side of screen and a new line appears 'auction set #1.
Right click 'auction set #1' and select 3rd line down - import auctions into this set. Find you CSV file and double click to import.
Re: Still need a little help
Thanks, just did that. Green line runs across twice and nothing is filled in. Seems like the right sequence, but still no loading.
Re: Still need a little help
Hmmm. Could be a glitch.
May I suggest you export your auctions from Ebid and try importing those into NL. I believe if that works then there's a problem with your CSV file.
I'm no techie, just my thoughts. :)
Edit - I would send the file to support as already suggested.

Agree.
Re: Still need a little help
I am clueless. I have the CSV file on the screen and have absolutely NO CLUE how to email that to somebody. I can't easily copy and paste. There are 700 listings.
