Glaring error in the Fraud FAQ

I noticed there is an error in the first part of the online fraud FAQ, it talks about fraud and then suddenly says to go to the registration page and input your details:

"1) What is online auction Fraud?
The biggest form of online auction fraud is when a seller takes payment and then fails to deliver the promised item or the item is delivered but does not match the item description registration page and enter your details."
