Who made this beautiful glass fruit bowl?

I've just got a feeling about this one!
I think it has some age due to the 'scuffing' on the base.
I've not seen anything like it and can't find any 'marks' on the piece at all.
It measures apporox 13" long x 7" wide x 5" high.
Any ideas?
