Ebid is getting a lot of good press in the comment section of the artical
Hello oldwoodandstuff,
I went to yahoo main page, but couldn't find the article you are mentioning. Do you have the URL for the article?
Thanks.
Same here, I couldn't find it!
Thanks for the heads up, will have to check this out. :)
Best wishes for many sales to all,
Just added my 2 cents:
"This is why I sell exclusively on eBid.net, no listing fees, no relisting fees, only a 2% FVF when items sell and five free stores to seller+ lifetime members.
IMHO eBid is the future of online selling, especially for small sellers."
Best wishes for many sales to all,
So it was Yahoo UK
Thanks for that
Very interesting article
More bad publicity for ebay!
What amazed me was the number of comments - 600 - that is a lot !
What also amazed me was the number of people saying if a company set up doing auctions with lower fees they would overtake ebay tomorrow!
(Don't these people know that ebid has been around for years ?)
I also noticed that ebid.net got quite a few good mentions (well done!)
Probably.
So we need to keep listing higher priced items (at good prices) so that our sales values go up.
Its a chicken and egg situation.
But the sellers have to start first.
Interesting article... I left a comment over there.
There's still a lot of work to be done... somehow eBid needs to "graduate" from being so much of a venue for unhappy former FeeBay sellers, and more of a venue BUYERS look to.
