eBid support is the BEST!
As a new eBidder (former feebayer), I had a couple of questions and glitches about which I emailed Support—and not only did they acknowledge each email promptly, they worked with me to get everything fixed and running smoothly in record time! Now I just have to list a lot of things and get some sales. Made my first purchase today also—can't wait to receive my item. As others have said, I sense a real spirit of community here which is such a welcome aspect. :) I look forward to getting to know many of you.

Yes it is awesome. I know when I had a problem a few months back support got it fixed lightning fast. Welcome livejoyfully. Yes this place does have a big sense of community, which is wonderful.

Before I even joined ebid back in2008 I had questions about the site and what I could or could not list so I contacted them on and off for about two weeks and each time they got back to me within a couple of hours, if not minuets.....
I knew then that this was (one of) the site for me

Have just returned myself, never went to e*ay, facebook got me in its grasp and farmville, but am slowly detoxing from them, lol Welcome to Ebid,
