i've been with virgin for ages, have never ever had a problem (touch wood), I already knew about this as I receive a news letter from them, cant say I can moan about virgin, i have the tevo box in the front room, a hd box in the bedroom x large tv package that can be received on both boxes, am on 50mg broadband which I have running the most at one time 1 comp and 3 laptops, and get a good connection on all of them. I also have the telephone which includes all my calls, all this for under 100.00pm (not all paid by me tho as son chips in)
As I've said I've had no problem and hoping the upgrade does not cause to much hassle, tho I am expecting a bit, nothing in life goes smoothly
wooohooooo great news.. Joined in december and like shezz, havent had any problems On the 30 Mb service

double speed :-(
shezz.. there shouldnt be any interruption as they have the speed now. Just a matter of flicking a switch and its done. I got 50 Mb when they installed it but realised it afew days later and went back to 30 Mb. :-(
