editor showing html

When editing a product the description only show html not formatted.

just above the editor box you should have select editor with a dropdown to choose something like
WYSIWYG simple Editor
change it to that and see if that helps

If you use your own HTML coding, it is best to use the HTML editor mode and keep it like that. The WYSIWYG editor somehow adds/deletes/changes coding and can screw things up.

Or just use WYSIWYG mode and use their functions instead.

But don't mix.

I use WYSIWYG because it is easier then html, and i already know about the drop down select. It does not change them.


Forget it! just found it was the browser doing it.
