Postage of Extra Items

Recently I sold five similar items, different values of this stamp:

Although it is set as no extra postage for multiple items, the invoice came out as five lots of postage.

It seems that postage for extra items is only for when I have many of the same item listed.

Is this so?

How can I set as no extra postage for everything in an Ebid shop?

One recent buyer saw my note about no extra postage for multiple items in the description, and happily bought many stamps only to send me a shocked note when he saw postage on a handful of stamps came out at £20!

Never used it, but don't you do that by setting up shipping codes in your My Defaults? http://uk.ebid.net/perl/account.cgi?...lts-post-codes

I think you can do it with shipping codes. Should be OK with your stamps, but a bit more difficult with books. I intend setting them up for my items with ranges that reflect postage weights.
