I think it was a nice touch that Prince George's parents deliberately chose to dress him in a reasonably priced robe to save stupid people from spending stupid amounts of money on an expensive copy cat garment.
I think those parents are second only to those who give the Queen birthday presents (apart from her family and real friends, of course). She is pretty much the woman who has everything - so give something in honour of her birthday to a charity?
