Populate Listing Buttons

Why do you hide the buttons to populate a listing from Defaults and Previous Listings behind that stupid little diskette icon? For the screen real estate saved it seems pointless and obscure. It's not as if the listing form is designed to fit on a single screen with no scrolling, so the few vertical pixels the buttons take up are irrelevant.

I like to think I know my way around eBid, but even I had trouble finding the buttons today - totally not intuitive. I know the hiding of the buttons was brought in on the old site. I complained about it then and I'm still complaining about it now.
