Sold items paid, but not the Postage part
Hi,
Don't know if this is a glitch or if someone can alter what is paid, but I sold two different items to two different people on Tuesday 21st april 2020, and both paid, but the postage part was not paid. I have managed to get one of the persons to pay for the postage, but only just noticed the other item this morning.
Item # 182572173 & 182573430
Could you look into this please, as I think one of them was paid using the mobile app.
