Everything reviewed is freeware - used it a lot for advice on what to use.
Hi all - lots of good links there
Maybe can help with this need as I'm stumped - - -
Currently my comms server is Win 2000 SBS - I needed an integrated Exchange install when i first started using it. Now it's becoming a pain to maintain, but there about 5GB in the Exchange Public store and no way do I want to migrate that to personal mailbox pst's.
Does anyone know of either -
- an Exchange-like mail server for one of the Linux versions, or
- a mail server with shared public store/folders that'll run on XP
One of the current rearend-kicking incentives is the sheer ridiculous cost of changing from file-scanning anti-virus to one that can handle exchange server, without needing to morgage all of central London to do it. McAfee used to happily install each year, but they (and all the other big names) now have enforced install-refusal on client-server server-systems, unless you buy their server versions.
Thanks
Gaz
Probably not the place to ask but I am going round and round, I used to do a stocktake by downloading my listings on calc (Open source) I believe.
I thought I had a link at the top of my listing to download them but cannot find it now, can you help at all?
Kind Regards Wyndoke CD's
