Re: Stamps glorious stamps (and covers, and airmails)
Added Norway covers today - probably tripled the amount of Norwegian covers available on eBid which was very surprising.
I couldn't find these covers listed elsewhere on the internet so the discerning amongst you will probably find a great bargain!
There are first day covers from 1970 and special event covers including the Lions Clubs Europa Forum in Oslo in 1981.
The covers are also great for thematic collectors.

Re: Stamps glorious stamps (and covers, and airmails)
Thinking of collecting stamps as a hobby? Why not try with a mixture to see which country you might like to collect.
I have mixtures of 100 stamps for sale - Australia, Canada, GB, Germany, India, Poland, Switzerland and many more.
These mixtures have a low auction price start, or if you can't wait - a bargain buy it now price.
These and many more stamp finds are available in "Stamp Mixtures" in my "MG Stamp Shop"
Re: Stamps glorious stamps (and covers, and airmails)
I've been busy listing fine used stamps from Great Britain this last week.
I hadn't realized how gory the 1966 Battle of Hastings stamps are. Taking close up pictures of stamps to sell has let me see far more detail in the stamps and made me appreciate the work going into the design and production of a stamp.
There are now well over 2,400 stamps and covers to look through in "MG Stamp Shop".
Re: Stamps glorious stamps (and covers, and airmails)
Over 2500 stamps and covers for you to look through.
All individual listed postage stamps are unmounted mint or fine used. The picture you see is what you will receive.
The hundred different stamp mixtures are a great bargain - Australia is particularly well represented.
Used postcards with stamps are also available in "MG Serendipity Shop" and "MG by Moonlight" shop.
If you want to see GB stamps enlarged have a look at the GB PHQ section.
There is an extensive selection of GB first day covers, many with special cancellations.
If you are not sure about any of the items please ask a question and I will do my best to reply.

It's amazing the things you learn whilst you collect stamps.
Re: Stamps glorious stamps (and covers, and airmails)
I've been adding to the Germany section lately, and have included East Germany mint and fine used stamps from the 1950s.
There's a section of First Day of Issue cards from the 1970s with great details about the stamps.
If you are interested in postal history, there's a number of 1970s German postal automation covers showing phosphor and flourescent markings and slogans.
How about this for an interesting cover for your collection: -

Back up to over 3000 stamps and covers available
Today I have been adding London 2012 Parlaympic Game sheetlets. I have great admiration for these athletes' achievements.
Collecting hint - In my opinion, the best pair of Olympic stamps to collect are the ones showing the printer's location on the side edge as it also has the date of issue of the stamps

Re: Stamps glorious stamps (and covers, and airmails)
I am now concentrating on listing thematic bird items.
My daugher informs me that I am a solo tweeter of my ebid items on twitter as no one is following me (LOL)
It reminds me of the bird that wakes me up in the morning - just sing out clear and loud and you will get noticed:)
(Twitter does notice when I stop sending out tweets and sends me emails to remind me to tweet!)
The bird items are stamps, covers, postcards and some lovely GB aerogrammes.
Where you aware that GB aerogrammes are no longer valid for postage? It's an end of another era - so the aerogrammes are for collections only.
Bird postcards are available in "MG Serendipity Shop"
