Re: eBid Featured in eCommerceBytes Newsletter Today!
I thought that we had had the dump and run clean out.
Clearly there are more to come.
I did not ask for them to be removed as i always check before I buy. But I suppose that it is good that they are removed.
And I did not "complain" that listings have dropped by one million, I just commented on the fact that they had.
As we say in NZ - "its all good"

For once I was careful when responding to say 'Users' and not 'You'. **
** I often use 'You' in a generic way - which can lead to some of my posts being taken the wrong way.
Re: eBid Featured in eCommerceBytes Newsletter Today!
And what is not good is the fact that ebid's traffic rating (Alexa) keeps falling.

Everybody will have a much happier Christmas shopping experience and hopefully business will be on the up now that customers can see the listings from active sellers a lot better.

How about dropping that Alexa stuff?
My sales are back! The ONLY way to measure success of an online selling site is sales!

Yes, but we don't get told what ebid's sales are.
We used to get something like sales were up by 5% on last year.
Now we don't get anything.

Hear, hear! Private Do Nothing agrees with the general, might just get a promotion that way. :)
This is excellent news indeed, WTG eBid! :)
Best wishes for many sales to all,
Re: eBid Featured in eCommerceBytes Newsletter Today!
Thanks for the update. We need all the advertisement we can get. Not sure about any others from the US, but sales are slow to dismal for us. We need more US members and traffic to the site. I do Pinterest, Google +1, and Facebook, international listings, auto listings, etc. I have received exemption on one of my stores in August.........and still sales are slow. Any other thoughts from my colleagues on how to further advertise eBid. I know my son lists on the other "Site" and he has always sold his items there. Thanks and in appreciation.
Re: eBid Featured in eCommerceBytes Newsletter Today!
Its not so much advertising that ebid needs to do as that is VERY expensive.
But marketing, which can be done at no cost or a very low cost.
I have given ebid some suggestions.
But they have not followed them up (well I did recommend that they give press release to Auctionbtyes.com)
