Yep, I did....
Then your best bet is to contact support (http://uk.ebid.net/contact.php) and include the file you are trying to import as an attachment. They can then look at it and, hopefully, spot where the problem is.
Yes, I think I'll do that....
Thanks!
OK, I've sent a message to the helpdesk with a simple example-file....hope they can help me...
Hi Guys,
Sorry to bother you, but I am having a problem with Ninja Lister.
I am new to Ebid and started off using 99.43 and uploaded 48 listings without any problems.
Then I installed 99.45 and now every time I try to upload a listing it fails. This is the email message I get:
Result of Ninja Lister upload
Total Auctions : 2
Success Auctions : 0
Failed Auctions : 2
Western Digital Elements 2.5" 320GB Portable Hard Drive The file type you are using
is not recognised. Please upload in TAB delimited format.
10 The file type you are using is not recognised. Please upload in TAB delimited
format.
The above refers to one listing, but I have tried several different ones with the same result.
I installed 99.46 this morning, but it hasn't made any difference, still get the same error.
I have over 50 listings waiting to be uploaded and more to do and would really appreciate it if you could tell me if it is something I am doing (not doing anything different to the successful uploads in 99.43) or if it is a bug with 99.45/6 that needs to be fixed.
Cheers,
Rob
Checking. Thanks for the info.

I've had a look at the upload and your data is missing many fields, theres no title, category, condition etc .. Can you check to see if all fields are showing correctly when you view the auction in the NL edit form. If possible can you also forward to support your datafile located in userfolder/NinjaLister/data.csv within Windows
Hi, everything is showing on the NL form.

I can't find anything called data.csv in the NL folder.
There is a .zip file in there that seems to have the info that relates to that listing, would that be it?
The unzipped text is below. I deleted most of my HTML description to save space.
IMHO it just doesn't seem to be parsing properly.
