Re: Moneybookers/Skrill added at last !
I'm bumping this up, because I'm finally looking at Skrill in more detail.
And I tell ya, it's another product that is confusing me to no end. I can't tell what I would end up being charged as a buyer or seller. The bottom line without all the smoke and mirrors.
Oh well, back to the research.

This is a copy of a reply to a question I asked Skrill.

Re: Moneybookers/Skrill added at last !
If I receive a payment from a buyer, the buyer pays a fee. But the seller does not.
If I transfer money out of my Skrill account, then I pay.
If I don't actively use the Skrill account, then I pay a monthly fee.
That's what I'm understanding so far. But, I've been wrong many times before.
Re: Moneybookers/Skrill added at last !
Got a Skrill account opened today. Didn't verify any of my details with them. Should I be doing that? Doesn't look like it matters unless a person wants a limit increase.
Went to Personal Details on eBid, like Mel said to do, and added Skrill.
Am relisting coins right now. Adding Skrill to the revisions.
Don't know if I'm doing this right or messing up.

I calculated fees at 3.50 for buyers + 10.5 for sellers (when they take their money out; or 2.5 + 8%) = 14% total fees between buyer & seller. That is alot of money in fees.
How much are the fees for an inactive account?
I temporarily removed the payment option until I had more clarity on the actual fee schedule.
Re: Moneybookers/Skrill added at last !
Oh, I don't know anymore. I've read so many things today that my head is swimming or spinning or something.

Re: Moneybookers/Skrill added at last !
Many are saying that Skrill is less expensive than PayPal.
Oh, I guess I need to stop thinking about this right now.
