Hi Trish! and Everyone! I have survived the dreaded Tally again lol!!! AND, what is more, both HerMajesty's tally and mine agree! Now that has to be a) a huge relief and b) cause for a celebration - so I will have a triple Amaretto with ice please, a jig about with Trish on a table top - and then collapse into my bed 'cos I have been up & at it since 7am.
BUT, I had a lovely tea - with my gorgeous Tolkien boys! I had taken a huge, huge chocolate cake with me so we stuffed ourselves with it after we had eaten fajitas.
HURRAH and three great big cheers for Ms Penguin!
Seriously, cheavs, you do a wonderful job, and I don't think many folk understand the days and nights (not hours!) that you put into your charity work.
Now that I have stopped grovelling .... any fajitas left? Oh man, I could die for one ..... I love Mexican food, my fave ... apart from my Sunday Roast dinner.

Re: Cocktails!!! and Music
Don't spend too much time in the naughty corner, I once cooked a duck (a wild one) my X brother-in-law was quite the hunter and he said it was the best duck he had ever eaten. The gal who lives next door came home a little while ago and just drove right in the garage, never looked around. She's in for a bit of a shock when she finds out marauders have savaged her tomatoes.

You are lucky to get drinks, the pair of you, after eating duck. How could you? I mean, how could you really? lol!!! (I have to say I am a bit partial to duck too - but prefer to see them waddling about).
They are doing not so bad generally, thanks Sue, but the eldest who leaves in a couple of months is doing brilliantly. Just one lovely young man in the making. A privilege to have known him and helped him.
Not a crumb left, sorry......
That's OK, glad you enoyed it. :) That's great news about the Tolkien boys, with you on their side they're bound to turn out well. :)
Time to hit the road, have a good night everyone and talk again soon. :)
Cheers,

Good Morning everyone,
Thanks for the drink Al, much appreciated, and many, many thanks to you and Christine for your wonderful contribution of the drawing, which raised so much money for YDC101. Oldandintheway will certainly get a round of applause and a standing ovation from all YDC'ers!
Well done to cheaver too, for her work with the youngsters, what lovely news about the eldest boy - you must be very proud Elizabeth.
(Glad you enjoyed the fajitas - I could just eat a couple myself!)
Wyo, I had to smile when I saw the ducks with those tomatoes ... bet your neighbour will not be too amused!
Have a happy day everyone, here's some coffee to get your day off to a good start ....
