Re: Over half a million auctions at last!!!!
Thursday, the snow melted.
Friday, early morning rains and it got into the 60's and southerly winds.
So nice, that I was able to go outside without a jacket or sweater.
I was in the gardens pulling invasive bulbs and filled the garbage can with them.
Evening comes, high winds, rains and tornado landed about 20 miles from me.
Saturday,
It's in the 30's, some snow.
Ugh!
I have almost finished the last category on my website. YEAH.
Next week, getting my domain name transfer.

PS : Welcome back to eBid!
Thanks for your help, Police - I did back-up photos, it seems that some have got away, (I had to switch from XP laptop to Micro 10 a while back) so as you say, it looks as if I'll have to re-photo.
It's frustrating that the original photos are in the gallery and I can't copy them to the online listing.
Many thanks for you taking the time to reply.
All the best,
Marie.

Cold and nippy outside. Couldn't do any more yard work.
I did finish my first website.
I thought I added Stripe payment and got that added on to payment options.
I figured out the domain transfer and finding a code to use.
Now I can start the clothing website.
Need to get going before our weather becomes nice and I have to do gardening, lawn work and ? ? ?

Re: Over half a million auctions at last!!!!
Just checking in to tell you what's changed here.
The week or so I have been waking up at 7am instead of 3am, which was my usual waking time during the last year or so with Billy.
It's taken a few months but I think my brain has now registered that Billy isn't here to wake me up.
My MP here in Eastbourne is helping me with Social care and housing as nothing has been done since November last year. No nearer to moving back to Gosport as the money Billy left me to help with that hasn't been released to me yest.
I've been busy adding to my book so that's been keeping me busy. I've also been decluttering so the flat looks a lot tidier
Re: Over half a million auctions at last!!!!
Moonie - Glad to hear you have an MP giving you a hand. I hope it helps speed things up a bit. And it's probably good you are reverting to your natural sleep cycle. You sound like you are keeping productively busy!

Hello there
Been busy getting what I CAN get done, more organised.
I now have a care plan sorted, the people who will help me out at home should be sorted over the next few weeks.
Freegle members have been happy to help me clear my clutter, with one member in particular is happy to pick up any stuff I have to donate as she works close to several charity shops.
I am now taking part in face to face grief counselling using Microsoft teams. I just sit here waffling on for an hour while drinking biscuit tea
Re: Over half a million auctions at last!!!!
Moonie so pleased you are getting help, will be nice if you can get back to Gosport area, hope won't take to long
Hope everyone is enjoying Easter time , it actual seems rare that we can get out in the garden over Easter time, Furthest we have been is to MIL trying to get on with sorting her house out, she even took stuff out of the recyling that we put out trying to clear but she thins she may need the empty plastic bottles,, its hard work.

I have already had conversations with Gosport Housing and there is 5-10 year waiting list for social housing and that doesn't start until after they have evidence that I have a housing need. That could take several years to organise too.
I have life limiting medical issues that would most likely mean I would die before I get anywhere near the top of their waiting list. The only way I can get to see my home town again is to privately rent, and I'm looking into that now.
