Etsy Import Fail on Ninja Lister

I signed up as a Platinum Member last week, based on the claim that I could import Etsy products through Ninja Lister. According to the documents on Ninja Lister, that has been a feature in Ninja Lister for 10 years. It does not work. I found another user posted in the forum a year ago that it does not work. Because I am getting absolutely no help from the support team, (my emails to support are ignored) I am posting a public plea for help.

Thanks for the suggestion, Jan. But, I can create listings in Ninja Lister, and I see the editor. What it won't do is import my Etsy csv file.
