Let us see what you see

Over the years one of the most frustrating things we have found is not being able to replicate a problem that is being reported to us. No matter how many times we try, within different browsers and operating systems, sometimes we can't see what you see. For this reason we've had the idea to write this thread.

Let us see what you see.. When you contact us or leave a message in the forums why not send us in a screenshot or even better a screenvcast of the problem you are having to help us see what you see instead of having to write out lines and lines of text describing something. Here's a few tips. We will be adding an attachement field to the contact form soon also.

Send us a screenshot OR even better a screencast

1) Download & install Jing http://www.jingproject.com/
2) Click the Jing sun. Choose area of screen. Chose image or video. Choose Share via screencast.com. Paste the URL that is added to your clipboard automatically.
