Pre-filled information

Hi all fellow music lovers!

Can I ask a silly question please?

I have been diligently beavering away listing my CDs for sale and have been conscientiously filling in the artist/CD name/date of issue/genre/etc. where the database is saying that other copies are not currently listed, only to find that when I go in to look at my listing other copies are already for sale (presumably with the pre-filled information already loaded).

Is it something that I am doing wrong or does not everyone fill in the required information when they do their listings?

Just trying to be a good eBidder - I will continue to populate with the information requested where necessary.
