Problem with updating credit card expiration date.
I went to update the expiration date on my credit card that I'm required to keep on file with eBid and when I was finished I received an error message telling me to include the invoice number. Of course, I do not have one. However, my bank instantly messaged me that $1 had been debited from my account. I received two of these text messages probably because I resubmitted the updated information twice owing to the error message. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?

I have just checked mine as updated a few weeks ago and it appears that the old info is still showing and shows I need to update, so not sure what happens now.????

I'm talking about the credit card that I'm required to have registered on eBid. When the expiration date comes around, it needs to be updated to reflect the new expiration date. However, when I go to enter what should be a simple edit is met with an error message and the information is not update. Although in my case, the bank shows that the token amount was debited as part of the process.
I've contacted support but they want me to retry. Frankly, over the last few years I've lost quite a lot of faith in eBid's support owing to non-response to other issues.

This is what I am not understanding...... where is this info stored?
Why is it required by eBid? Where would I find it? It is a novel concept to me!

The information is under My Subscriptions in one's My eBid.

I signed up using PP...... I have always paid fees via PP ....
