Quoting Gazza today on the eBid News Thread (unable to ask question there):
BUGFIX - Automated feedback request emails were being sent out to some users who had unticked the relevant checkbox in My eBid > My Notifications
- does that also mean that when a user requests feedback of another buyer/seller personally; then the recipient will not recieve that request either?
answers on a postcard please...
I think the clue is in the word 'Automated'.

I guess I need to hear it from Gazza himself whether an individual feedback request is rejected or not
