I have a few for sale in my charity store only because I can't bear (yet) to take them to the tip. They have been offered on Freecycle but seems you can't even give them away now! LOL
The VHS items need to be listed with the UPC Barcode and Brand information as in the box below:

Some of your VHS items are listed in the DVD category. When you have room in the titles it is advisable to include the directors name as well.

But you can not just list specal interest items just any where.
It has to be some where with low overheads and a the potential, if used correctly to reach a very large number of people.
Do you see what I mean.
Yes its eBid. :D:D:D

That's right. When I am looking for anything specialised I tend not to go to any particular shopping site as that would not be a good use of my time. I tend to use the regular google search for those items.
Google search will tell me where I can find the item and if it is on eBid then it will show up on the search.
This is another reason why we should be wearing our buyer hat when we choose keywords for our titles.

Oh my, don't know how that happened! Thanks for noticing, have put the offenders where they belong and will edit all with barcodes and directors when I have a bit more time.
Re: Does anyone still use or buy VHS
I still buy, play, and sell vhs tapes - in fact have a vhs store on here and have sold 1 or 2, but i don't bother putting the isbn or make or any of that, they are only worth my while if i can list them quickly. But i still buy them every week!

Re: Does anyone still use or buy VHS
I still watch some movies on VHS. We have a player by the treadmill and I watch old tapes that we have around. Sometimes I buy them at the hospital thrift store or at garage sales.

List your vinyl albums, and be sure to offer them to U.S. buyers. Vinyl is becoming very popular again in this country. The turntable players are being manufactured again; I've seen them for sale at Target, no less. Music fans bought almost four million of them in 2011 -- the most in two decades.

I love Vinyls!
Re: Does anyone still use or buy VHS
VHS is a none starter as far as selling the Pre recorded cassettes are concerned and here's why,
the shipping costs are relatively high in the UK due to any package containing one of these will exceed 25mm in depth.
A DVD by contrast will conveniently fit into the Large latter category and cost some approx 50% less in shipping costs.
The VCR's that will play them are now, even for the most part recently manufactured starting to reach an age where the belts will slip and stretch rendering the machine as none functional.
The belts are available but, the labour charges for replacement are high, when the belts fail they will give a few hours warning and then ...a creased tape is the result or at the very least one that is jammed in the loading slot.
When VCR's were in common use the reason for failure was more often than not due to belt stretching and i have acquired many splendid machines that were only in need of these and a gentle service, these went on to work for many years longer.
The only VHS items that now do sell are the upmarket SVHS and DVHS machines that are in perfect order, SVHS new and sealed blank cassettes, VHS-C Camcorders from the late 90s and VHS-C Blank cassettes that are again new and sealed branded from the major manufacturers.
