Is the word 'either' necessary? It doesn't seem to sit well with 'otherwise'.
I do not have any pets myself, but that is a very good idea. I will be sending to everyone I know who has a pet.
I have two similar, credit card sized, ones for myself. One has primary and secondary next of kin contact details. The other has my doctors details, NHS number, and prescribed (not that I take any other sort) drugs detailed.
