For those outside the UK,try using a UK based proxy server.There are some here & in fact there is a link to a trial,subscription based server,specifically for iplayer.
I know this works the other way round as I've watched US programmes via proxy servers.
Use Google Chrome and the Hola plugin VPN...should work. It does for me in reverse as main US streams are forbidden as well.Quote:
