Hi All
I'm a solitary eclectic hedgewitch - and lean towards shamanism:)
I'm really into green issues and am a healer.
I use creative visualizations and read a lot of Louise L Hay stuff so I'm a bit of a mix of things.
I read up on wicca a few years ago and found it to be way too complicated for me - so I just tend to get on with what works at any given time.

Hi Soapy,
We sort of know each other from Another Place, but I just found this forum, I'm pleased to say!
I joined a mostly Gardnerian coven almost 20 years ago, and realised that it was what I'd been looking for for many years before that, having been about three quarters of the way around the world, and into some quite interesting belief systems along the way.
After I reached third degree, I ran my own coven for several years with my working partner, then opted for a solitary healing path, studying with an old Traditional wise-woman and healer in the Highlands.
These days, I am, as always, happy to "own up" to Paganism. If anyone asks, I just tell them I'm a Witch, and let them take it how they will!

Hi Soapy
Yes I'm Pagan and I guess I have been for all of my life, funny thing is, I didn't realise until about 12 years ago.
As for any particular path, I haven't really arrived there yet although Druidry does appeal, it's just the politics with this at the moment holding me back, I don't think that Paganism and politics are very comfortable bedfellows.
I quess I'm one of those eclectic Pagans taking bits of this and bits of that and having fun along the way. My intent is always ment to be good but sometimes I do mess up but never in an intentionally bad way.
I write songs, poetry and stories. I believe there is real Magick in words.

Hi Soapy, read you somewhere before is 'fred-up' in here?
I am a solitary eclectic hedgewitch, I believe in the male/female, god/goddess aspect but no particular deity although have always been fascinated with deities especially greek and egyptian. Been on my path a while and love all things nature!
