Were your listings "Run Until Sold" or were they "End after ? Days"?
Not sure how "Holiday" mode works, but I would assume that items on the "End After so many Days" mode would still count down and end.
Hope this helps, although like I said, don't know if thats they way it works.
Are your listings deleted or just ended? If they are ended, you can restart them with a few clicks of your mouse.
If they are deleted, contact support@ebid.net.
Same thing happened to me in September! - bad timing really, but all my listings had ended at the same time and were in here: My eBid > Listings I Ran - Unsold - but as I had done a couple of actual Post Card Fairs during this time, it did me a big favour!
I needed to do a proper stock-take, and this created the perfect opportunity.
So I am now slowly relisting everything bit by bit as buy-it-now listings instead of auction-style.
hi, yes i had three stamp shops all run until sold, put notice saying i am out of the country for nine weeks so will not be able to post sold stamps until 12 th december , my shops are no longer visible
... all my listing are buy-it-now style - waste of time with auction style listing, never happens!
We do remove listings from accounts that have not logged in for 60 days in order to keep listings fresh. We introduced this quite a few years ago now at the request of many sellers.
We do send out an email 7 days before the 60th day to let you know that this will be happening and asking you to login to ensure listings are kept running.
Thx,
Gazza
