Likely a complaint from the manufacturers, see: http://www.ebid.net/forums/showthrea...of-the-product!! for another occurrence. Based on this attitude I would never buy any of their products - not that I would pay their silly prices anyway.
I don't know how that last incident turned out. Best you contact admin and find out what the position is.
Agree with Mel, support are the only ones who can tell you why the listings were removed: support@ebid.net
IMHO some companies are ridiculous, often the overpriced ones.
