Best Twists & Surprise Endings

I was watching one of the Saw movies the other day and I got to thinking, "What would be my five favorite picks for movies with the best twist".

I'm not talking about a twist like, "Oh, I didn't guess it was him", or, "I didn't see that coming".

I'm talking about a twist that's so profound that it entirely changes your whole perception of everything you've seen.

The five that came to mind the quickest were:

1. Saw (2004)
2. Sixth Sense (1999)
3. Identity (2003)
4. Usual Suspects (1995)
5. Games (1967)

...any others?

I'll have to look that one up.

In the meantime, while I was out on my stoop having a smoke, I thought of a movie I saw as a kid called

The Other (1972)

....which reminded me of

The Others (2001)

...both of which would fit in the profound twist genre.
