New way to get your fees back after a NPB
You will have the option to claim back your Final Value Fees between 20 and 75 days after a sale has been made. You must have left Negative or Neutral feedback for the buyer and reported the bidder as a NPB (non paying bidder), then you will see the option "Refund final value fee" in the AAL drop down menu.This is the message I got from support, seems things have changed:)

Or you can just cancel the sale under the new system that has just come in over the past month..

I'm not waiting that long for my FVF to be returned. I'll just cancel sale and give up the option of leaving feedback to warn other sellers about non-paying bidders.
