Is there an explanation for this?
I have not been very active on here for a few months due to health issues but have relisted items and updated some to try to keep current. Today I was looking a listings there were closed and find they were not in my store(s). It shows all 5 are offline, so no wonder there hasn't been any activity. I didn't take them offline so why are they?
Re: Is there an explanation for this?
That's awful!! I can't imagine what happened! Why don't you contact support .. support@ebid.net
and see if they can reinstate them. That's weird! xo

If I remember correctly.
If all the listings in a shop are closed then that shop goes "offline".
The simple solution if the particular shop items have not yet been relisted is to set the shop status to "online" and then relist the items.
Alternatively eBid help section 33 states
"If you have quite a few listings you wish to add to an eBid Store or if you wish to move many listings from one eBid Store category to another then visit "My eBid" > "My Bulk Edit" and add the listings you want to change to a bucket. Once added you can select the changes you want to make to these listings in the bucket. One of the options on the change form is the eBid Store category dropdown menu. Just select the future home for the listings in the bucket and submit it for processing."

Yep that's what happens
I just finished getting rid of all my ones on my second account and all shops are now offline
Re: Is there an explanation for this?
Thanks for the information, I'll check on all of them in a few days-----another out of town doctors appointment tomorrow.
Re: Is there an explanation for this?
if you switch the stores back on, all should be well

Re: Is there an explanation for this?
The same thing happened to me this morning. There are over 50 items. They are still on my Closed Auctions page, with a red X in the Sold box. They were definite NOT sold. I haven't tried to repost them yet, because then they may get deleted altogether. I'll wait until later, see if it gets fixed.
LATER . . . I took a deep breath and reposted all of the closed items. I kept a list so I could retrieve my original information if it didn't work. No problem, they all reposted and disappeared from the Closed Listing page.
