Using Ninja to transfer from Discogs, Gemm or CD&LP

Does anyone know if you can transfer adverts from Discogs, Gemm or CD&LP websites by using the Ninja lister? I have over 6000 records for sale on these sites but want to start using eBid but it would take me years to re-write all the adverts individually. Is there a quicker way of doing it? I also have all the items already listed in an Excel document but of course the column headings are set up for these websites and not eBid so they are all in a different order and do not necessarily match up with Ebid ones. .
